HIIT Class

TUESDAY'S 13:00 - 13:30

Join us for a 30 minute HIIT training session, starting with a warm up you’ll engage in a 25 minute high intensity full body workout followed by a cool down. The intensity of this session will help you burn body fat and improve your fitness levels.

Starting from August 4th, If you’re super fit or an absolute beginner this class is suitable for all levels especially those looking to strengthen all over, build their stamina and burn a whole tonne of calories!
