I like to focus on the basic postures in Yoga; they are widely accessible and yet there is always room for refinement. All classes begin with breath work, followed by stretching and mobility exercises along with physical asanas (postures) and simple but beneficial flows and the class will end with a short savasana. The classes are designed to increase strength, flexibility and mobility. 


Cancellation Charges: Cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to appointments to avoid being fully charged. 
Don’t push yourself too hard in class. Always listen to your body and what it needs . Stop if you are in pain. Whilst I believe yoga is beneficial in many ways, it is not intended to diagnose, prevent, or treat any medical condition, to ascertain the state of your health, or to be used as a substitute for medical advice.
